The Monkey is a Rare Pet added in the Animal Update. It can be obtained by hatching the Rare Egg, costing 600,000 Sheckles with a 21% shop chance and an 8.33% hatch chance. It has an estimated hunger of 1,800 and is a weaker version of the Silver Monkey.
Appearance
The Monkey has brown fur and a long tail, resembling a standard monkey. It shares the same model as the Silver Monkey but with a brown color scheme.
Traits
When selling fruit, the Monkey has a ~7.74% chance to refund it to inventory for resale. The chance is lower for rare fruits like Pepper and improves with age. Stacking with Silver Monkeys increases refund chances significantly.
