Deadly Ninja is a completely free character in The Strongest Battlegrounds built around fast, ranged attacks. Every move he uses fires projectiles or creates distance between you and your enemy. The trade-off is that most of his basic attacks can be blocked, countered, or cancelled out if you're not careful. This character rewards players who learn precise timing and master advanced dodging techniques.
Inspired by the speed-obsessed ninja from One Punch Man, Deadly Ninja hits hard when you land his ultimate moves—but getting there takes skill and practice.
How to Unlock Deadly Ninja
Deadly Ninja is completely free to obtain. You don't need to spend Robux or meet special level requirements. Simply select him from your character roster and jump into a fight.
Moveset Overview
Deadly Ninja's entire kit is based on ranged moves and speed. His basic attacks can be blocked by opponents, which means you need to time them well or mix in defensive side dashes to avoid getting punished. Once you land a finishing move on an opponent, you gain temporary teleport dashes called Flash Steps—these vanish and reappear mechanics are much faster than regular dodges. Activate Ultimate Mode (G key) and you get 20 Flash Steps instantly, plus your moves transform into unstoppable, faster versions.
Base Moves
| Move | Damage | Cooldown | What It Does |
|---|---|---|---|
| M1 (Melee) | 14% | 2 sec | Two slashes followed by two kicks. The final kick ragdolls your target. |
| Flash Strike | 15% | 15 sec | You dash forward very fast, leaving a trail of slashes. Can be blocked. |
| Whirlwind Kick | 12% | 20 sec | Teleport forward to stun the enemy, then spin-kick downward. The kick bypasses block. If they're already blocking, you won't stun them but still deal damage. |
| Scatter | 17% | 22 sec | Dash and slash forward repeatedly, dragging enemies toward you. The final hit can't be blocked and knocks blocking enemies back harder. Won't work on ragdolled players. |
| Explosive Shuriken | 15% (or 10% blocked) | 20 sec | Throw a shuriken that explodes on impact. Air variant does 10% (or 7% if blocked). If it hits a ragdolled enemy, they roll forward instead. Can be reflected. |
Ultimate Mode Abilities
Press G to enter Ultimate Mode. Your basic moves are replaced with four new attacks, and you gain 20 Flash Steps automatically. These new moves are much faster and harder to defend against.
| Ultimate Move | Damage | Cooldown | What It Does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Can You Even See Me? | 35% | N/A | Your ultimate form move. You move so fast that afterimages trail behind you and deal damage. Then you jump and impact the ground. Lasts 41 seconds. |
| Twinblade Rush | 39% | 20 sec | Charge forward instantly. If it lands, you and an afterimage slash the target rapidly while moving upward, then cut downward and kick them away. This move cannot be blocked and gives no protection until it actually hits. |
| Straight On | 30% | 16 sec | Sprint forward, then after 3 seconds dash ahead. After 3 more seconds, teleport forward and damage anyone in the way. Press the button again to end early and perform the second dash early. Full damage even to blocking enemies, but no stun. You don't gain stun immunity or damage immunity during this move. |
| Carnage | 18% | 25 sec | Flicker briefly, teleport into the air, then unleash a massive barrage of explosive shurikens in a line of destruction. |
Passive: Flash Steps
When you finish off an opponent using any skill move, you gain 3 Flash Steps with no cooldown. These teleport dashes make you vanish with a black shadow and reappear instantly—much faster than regular side dashes.
In Ultimate Mode, you start with 20 Flash Steps, and you can also get more by landing finishers. Use these to close gaps, avoid incoming attacks, and reposition for your next combo.
