The 2024 Summer Box was a seasonal weapon crate exclusive to Murder Mystery 2's Summer Event. It is no longer available to open or obtain, as the event has ended. This guide explains what it was, what it contained, and how it worked for players who participated.
What Was the 2024 Summer Box?
The 2024 Summer Box was the only weapon crate available during the 2024 Summer Event. Players could open it for cosmetic and gameplay weapons with varying rarity levels, from common beach-themed knives and guns all the way up to ultra-rare Godly tier rewards.
How to Open It (Event Ended)
During the event, the Summer Box cost either 400 Beach Balls or 1 Summer Key to open. Both of these were limited-time event currencies that are no longer in circulation, making the crate permanently unobtainable. The event has concluded, and the crate is no longer available in the game.

Can You Still Get These Weapons?
No. The 2024 Summer Box and all its rewards are permanently unavailable since the event has ended. The Beach Balls and Summer Keys used to open them no longer drop in the game. However, some players who opened boxes during the event may still have these weapons in their inventory and could potentially trade them if Murder Mystery 2 supports weapon trading.
Why It Mattered
The 2024 Summer Box was a fun way to collect beach and ocean-themed weapons during summer. The ultra-rare drops like Watergun and Chroma Watergun were highly sought-after prizes. For collectors, getting rare and Godly tier drops was exciting because of their very low 5% and 0.2% chances respectively.
