The 2025 Halloween Box was a limited-time crate released during the 2025 Halloween Event in Murder Mystery 2. It featured an alien theme and was the only crate available during that event. Since we're now in July 2026, this box is no longer obtainable — but if you got items from it, here's what they could have been.
How to Open the Box
During the 2025 Halloween Event, you could open the box by spending either:
- 800 Candies (the event currency), OR
- 1 Alien Key
Once the event ended, the box became unavailable.

The box contained both knives and guns with six rarity tiers. Here's the full drop table:

Understanding the Odds
Common and Uncommon weapons made up most of the box — you had a 70% chance on Common items and 15% on Uncommon. Rare drops (Hologram and Xeno) were at 10%. Legendary (Energized) was tough at 5%. The true chase items were the Godly rarity knives: Alienbeam at 0.2% and the ultra-rare Chroma Alienbeam at less than 0.2%.
The Godly Weapons
Alienbeam and Chroma Alienbeam were the showcase drops. Alienbeam had a 0.2% chance, making it extremely rare. Chroma Alienbeam was even rarer at less than 0.2%, with exact odds unknown. Both fit the alien theme perfectly and are valuable for collectors and traders.
Is the Box Still Available?
No. The 2025 Halloween Event has ended, and the box is no longer in the game. If you own any weapons from it, they stay in your inventory, but you can't open new ones. Your best option is to trade any event weapons you got — limited Halloween items often hold value in the MM2 community.
